The HawkCard

It's your official ID. It's your access to Residential Halls and Recreation Centers. It's The Way to Pay for everything you need, on and off campus. It's the HawkCard, and when you've got it you've got Your Passport to Life at the University of Hartford.

As a form of payment, you'll use your HawkCard to buy books and school supplies at the Campus Bookstore, at vending machines, copiers and to pay for laundry in the residence halls as well as at the E&R Laundry located in the Hog River Trading Post. The HawkCard, through its HawkCash account, is also accepted at the area's most popular off-campus businesses.

HawkCard FEATURES

Easy  -  No need to carry cash, checks, and other cards.

Off Campus  -  Now you can use it off campus at all your favorite places.

Automatic  -  Balances roll over each term/year - no need to renew.

Local  -  Your parents feel comfortable making deposits knowing you can only spend locally on and off campus.

Safe  -  Your HawkCard lost or stolen? No problem! Just notify the HawkCard ID Office or Public Safety Office and we'll deactivate your old card and transfer any balances to a new card right away. A 15.00 fee is associated with re-issuance of a card.
